Carpet's okay. However, during our purchase we were convinced to invest in more expensive door bars and we ended up ordering solid Antique Brass pewter bars that cost almost 3 times the regular ones.
However, the fitters were sent with a completely different colour and these were then glued in place crossing out the option to replace them any further without damaging the surrounding floorboards.
On contacting the store, they took over 2 weeks to get back to us, and when they did, they offered to do a replacement. This would be too risky for us after having seen how the floor boards were damaged when they removed our older one.
We were instead offered a mere 30% refund.
I asked if I could speak to the store manager, but the person outright refused to even speak to me.
Good salesmen. Poor after sales support.

I had my carpet and laminate floor fitting at home recently. I visited Carpetright at Letchworth branch and was greeted by John, a very patient and caring gentleman who professionally explained the specifications and characteristics of each product I would like to choose. He provided valuable advice for best fitting materials to meet my expectation and requirements. The quote price breakdown was open and in details for comparison. Furthermore, Wayne, the manager, was proactive in recommending related colour selection of carpets and laminate floor, which made the end products a harmonious and cozy feel welcomed by family members.

The work schedules also smoothly arranged, while both carpet fitting (Reza Ahmadi) and laminate floor (Tom Mcintosh) teams provided a very high-quality works and they were eager to rendering professional services with attention to every detail which I am much appreciated.

two young and very pleasant men appeared right on time at 9.30 am and worked right through until 4 pm, both being very pleasant, quiet, respectful and efficient, and carrying out a very excellent job in fitting our new carpet.

After waiting over 45 minutes to speak to an advisor, we spoke with an agent called John. I am not one to normally complain about customer service as I know how difficult the job can be. Unfortunately, John was very rude, abrupt and derogatory towards myself and my family. Safe to say, we will not be returning.

Went to look for some carpet as new home owners, the Manager Grant helped us out alot gave us multiple ideas for when we come to buy.

Excellent service from Wayne and Grant at the Letchworth store who were helpful, professional and patient throughout the process of buying carpet for my three bedrooms. And a special shout-out to the fitter Reza Ahmadi and his team who not only did a great job, but were also very respectful of my house. If possible, I'd recommend asking for him by name. Thanks, all - a very satisfied repeat customer.

The guys were so helpful and despite us measuring the carpet wrong, they went out of their way to put it right. The fitters were so lovely too. They stayed late to ensure everything was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their entire team! A+++++ service!
