Bought our flooring from our house here and the product is good. Got luxury vinyl for the downstairs and laminate for the bedroom. The price is competitive. However, they have a bad point which is the communication between you and the engineer that is actually going to do the floor. You have to go through the shop itself as the middle man between you and the engineer and I find myself chasing a lot.

From the outside the showroom seemed small but on entering the amount of displays was surprisingly large. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was no hard sell, we had the types of flooring explained to us and then we were left to choose. The purchasing process was simple, as we already had a rough estimate of size of the room. We were given options for the underlay, beading and actual fitting of product. We chose one of their, in house, fitters and agreed a date, a week later. The fitter came on the day with the flooring. He came to the room with us and asked how we wanted the flooring layed, I didn't know there was a choice. He did all the cutting outside of the house and worked well on his own. After finishing, he left the room tidy and asked us to inspect his work. Which we were very happy with. He offered us the excess flooring, but we declined. A very easy and stress free experience from start to finish. We would recommend this company.
