He was super friendly and really patient with showing me carpet samples and prices. He really listened to what I needed and to top it off he gave me such a great deal!

He searched high and low for the perfect piece that fit for my apartment and he found it! In the colour spec I needed too.

I couldn’t fault the customer service at this store. We had an issue with the carpet colour which had been ordered incorrectly, but this was sorted within an hour of fitting. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. We will definitely order through them again.

Kelly was awesome. Helped us choose a carpet, the right underlay, and got us booked in with no faff. Made the whole process very easy - we were in and out in around half hour on Saturday.

The salesman who helped us find our carpet was called Dan. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. He listened to what we wanted and came up with some suggestions, which would help us make an informed decision. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the products and the process. Thank you very much. Would recommend to anyone.

Came into store to get a few figures together for my property. The 2 ladies in store Kelly and Anna I think, they were so helpful and bubbly. Was offered a hot drink by a gentleman called Stephen (I wasn't expecting it but pleasantly surprised). Kelly asked the manager for a special deal and he agreed.

Even though I hadn't placed an order today, this store and its staff are outstanding 👏 once I get the exchange dates through, I will be back to place my order. I will be recommending this store and staff to all of my friends and family

He was really accommodating and friendly, we’re just deciding on a colour then we will be back finalise the order.
