I identified on-line what I thought I needed but wanted to talk it over with someone first. They were very helpful and we ordered with them. The goods were delivered the next day by a very cheerful driver and I have done the job and am pleased with the outcome

We were delighted with the friendly service from Richard today. We had spotted a carpet online that we really liked, but wanted to see the colours for ourselves. After calling the store (at 3pm on a Sunday) Richard checked they had samples for us to look at and upon arrival in the store was very helpful. We're so glad we made the journey over today as we completely changed our minds on the carpet colour!

All great with our carpet. Ian explain us all the difference between all sort of carpets and he add all the extra pieces that we needed to be able to installed on our own. Delivery was on time and right. :)

Very poor delivery service , took day off and waited in then got a text to say couldn’t deliver, called was told driver tried to deliver and there wasn’t any room for the boxes ! What a waste off time and money. Requested refund as won’t use this company again ..

Was going to buy some artificial grass as they had a sale on for one week only, I worked out the price on line before going to the shop but when the sales person told me the price it was almost £200 more, when I said about the sale price she said no the price is what it says on the display, I left and re checked on line and got the same price as my first check , so they obviously do not tell there shop staff about the sale they have on 😄

I went into the store looking for flooring for my front room. The store was very clean and tidy the staff were friendly and gave me a good quote, which I am very happy with.

We visited Havant branch and saw Kenneth who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Giving us a demonstration on how the Evo Core tiles system fitted together. Very impressed with the product and service we received. We have placed an order and would recommend the store to friends and family.
