Excellent Customer Service. I was very happy with the large selection of different carpets. They ranged from Budget to a lot higher in price. They were able to give me a small discount, which made me even happier. I would definitely recommend them. I haven't had my carpets laid yet, but I'm sure I'm going to be happy with them.

Purchased a carpet. They installed the wrong carpet and now have not bothered to get back to us. No communication in weeks. The stress this has caused is unacceptable and the customer service is appalling. We are still waiting for them to rectify this issue after many many weeks. Please resolve asap. I've now left another message on top of the many left by my partner. This issue is not going away. The workman ship leaving screws tilted and sharpness at the door of a babies rooms is not something that is a job well done!

Never had a problem with them. They installed wooden flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs. Is perfect. We also had them install wooden flooring in our previous house. After 10 years of wet wheelchair wheels etc running over it, it still looked fantastic. Would definitely use again.

Had bad experience with these people gave measurements in feet and inches they converted and brought the wrong size when they eventually turned up. Asked for AM fitting rang united carpets 3 times and they made excuses up ? Turned up at 3.45PM . “Insisted on full refund” won’t recommend them to anybody….

We popped in here for an offcut of lino .... We have had our carpets from here over the years and they are great on price and quality.

One of the best carpet shops in the region! Fantastic service from the store staff to the fitters who came to fit my carpets. Cannot thank Sabaia the store manager enough for her exceptional customer service, patience and helpfulness. Thank you once again to the team at United for everything I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for good quality carpets/bed at a good price

Worst company I've ever dealt with, waste of time, the customer is nobody to them. I had an appointment with them twice to do the dimensions of the bedroom and they never came, no one even called and apologized too. I do not recommend this company and I will advise against it to everyone.
