Carpetright: 7-10 working days to deliver a roll of plastic from a warehouse in Essex. If you want expedited delivery (a rapid 4-7 days) that'll be £80.

Also the staff here are awful - slow, unhelpful, and (based on no information at all) tried convince us that our decorators were going to file a lawsuit against us (I think this was a misguided attempt to get us to use carpetright's fitters).

I had a really positive experience when ordering my laminate flooring. I was quite specific about what I wanted but needed advice on the best kind of flooring (who knew there was waterproof and non-waterproof?). The manager there was really helpful and was able to book in my fitting before Christmas, which was a massive plus!!!!

I have used Carpetright a couple of times and have always had a good experience. Yesterday I had an appointment and saw Jan. He was very helpful and knowledgable, now looking forward to my carpet arriving and finishing off my rooms. Thanks for a great service!

No one in the Gerrards cross shop at 10.15 this morning. No reason why.

You have to keep chasing, they don’t reply to emails - customer services really need a shakeup in that branch.

Carpetright replaced my carpets throughout 2 years ago. They charged me for underlay then just left the original in place. The carpets went all saggy after 6 Months (see photo). They could not inspect during Covid-19 lockdown and said they would sort it out post Covid-19 lockdown. Then they refused when I returned to the shop. My flat was a 30 second walk from their Gerrards Cross store but they refused to even inspect.

In the end I had to pay another carpet fitter to come and stretch the saggy carpet and that's when I discovered the 25 year old John Lewis underlay was still underneath and I'd been completely ripped off. Horrible company, horrible service. Avoid!
