Carpetright

Would never go back again after today. Waited in from 09:00 until 15:00 for a fitter to turn up to refit a carpet only. 2 phone calls later still nothing. So went down and got money back for a carpet and fitting the following week on the pretence that they were late this week and wasn't going to hang around wasting another day with no phone call. New carpet brought and cheaper and will go in on Tuesday 2nd.

Well I guess something must of changed. Our experience was perfect from the at home zero no obligation measure and quote service right down to the fitment. We liked the friendly and extremely helpful but not pushy service, the fitters arrived on time and left the place spotless after perfectly fitting my new carpet. The manager went out of his way to assist and accommodate our request for an early morning fitment slot. Although he couldnt guarantee a particular time slot he would make every effort to try. The carpet was fitted and the fitters were gone by 10.15am. Thanks to carpetright and Chris for your professional help.

We ordered Tegolla LVT for my new house two years back. Recently we found that there is a problem with the tiles. I took some pictures to the store and after some investigations the store manager Chris helped to get the full flooring replaced at no cost. I would give the store a 5 Star for the customer service and value provided to customer.

Have been here a couple of times, the first was good, the guy in there is so helpful. last time we were served by a young lady, ear piece from her phone remained in during the transaction and she charged me wife twice. we had to return after a week as it was still not in our account and took a further 3 days, 10 days for there error and money we could spend. simply not good enough.

Waited around 40 minutes to be served, then when the worker was free we were told she could not cut lino because she was alone and it was 'too crowded' when there were only 3 other customers browsing in store. Very poor customer service.

Clearance outlet shop. Hottest place on earth when I visited with heating cranked right up. Bargains to be had on end of line products. Car parking can be confusing with one way system and only disabled bays closest to the shops

The receipt for the remnant piece of carpet the final total included shipping and admin costs. Not mentioned in discussions with sales person before my payment was taken.Queried why not informed of the additional costs before taking money was told that I had accepted the final cost given to me and that was it. Explained that purchased another carpet several weeks ago didn't include these additional amounts. Stated that the person was wrong. Though these costs are standard why not be up front?
Got my money back.

Terrible service, uncarring manager and staff. Nearly 2 months waiting, wrong flooring delivered. Manager could not care less ( jody Havant branch ).
I have asked for a full refund only to be told he will look into their company policy and let me know.
DO NOT USE CARPETRIGHT.....
Go to an independent carpet shop where you will be treated as a valued customer and not like something nasy that has been trodden in.
