Good price easy to deal with and lots of choice

If I had left this review a few days ago i would have had nothing good to say, but what a difference a few days make.
We had problems with a fitter who refused to fit our carpet because our bed was still in the bedroom. He was extremely rude and walked out taking the carpet with him leaving us to have to follow up what would happen next.
It turned out that Steve, the owner of the company was out of the country at the time so I feel this particular fitter took the mick knowing this. Steve called us on Monday when he was back and was so apologetic and not at all happy with the fitter. Gave us options on what we could do next, including refunding us for the carpet. We decided to give them a chance and yesterday Steve and a fitter called Darren came, fitted our carpet beautifully and were very quick and efficient doing so. Steve also brought a beautiful bunch of flowers as an apology which was not necessary but much appreciated, at least someone buys me flowers eh? Haha.
The original fitter we had in no way reflects the workmanship and professionalism of this company and I would like to thank them for going above and beyond to fit our carpet.

Jack in the showroom was so helpful and took me through my various options for a new stair carpet, with two dogs in the house. I explained that my hall was being replastered and redecorated and I needed an idea on pric efor when that job was finished. I went back when I was able to order, and Jason came and fitted the carpet promptly and efficiently. Couldn’t be more pleased. With everyone involved.

Very good job on our carpet with small damage to the skirting board

Was mislead in the store with the type of carpet i wanted. When the day came to fit it was not the carpet i was hopped to believe although a little thin i was promised it would still be soft. Feels like walking on the floor boards. I was told i had to pay an extra £100 for re-fitting. My concerns were not addressed would never go back again.

Bought carpets here a couple of years ago, great quality at affordable prices. Have gone back for bathroom flooring and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
