I visited the Hedge End store, as I had had a poor experience with their Park Gate store, what a difference, the staff were absolutely brilliant. They sorted out my order for me in no time and at a very good price indeed. The salesman I spoke to Dave was really on the ball and managed to order exactly what I wanted. The store manager sorted the price for me too. I cannot recommend them highly enough great product range, great prices and exceptional service.

We bought a houseful of carpet from here last year but it took some time to lay due to unavoidable covid related delays with trade. I found the sales team there pretty decent and although there was no mention of a storage limit when we bought it (we specifcally asked due to the climate in trade and was told there would be no problem) we started getting calls asking us to get the carpet out of their warehouse.....this was resolved over time. Our biggest issue is the quality of the carpet. After 3 months of use it had completely lost its integrity, the pile has revealed black flecks as a result and just looks very shabby. The carpet was advertised as hard wearing and suitable for high traffic areas - but it is most certainly not. We were even asked by one trade whether we were keeping the old carpet!! Wish we hadn't bought it but now stuck with it after paying near on £5k for the privilege. Very disappointing.

Not interested at all. Fat bloke shouted afternoon form behind his desk couldn't be bothered to stand up and engage with my wife and I maybe he had a sandwich in his draw..... Really awkward wouldn't go back.

Pleasant outlet, staff attentive but let you browse without hassling you. Staff knowledgeable too. Ordered 2 carpets.

Amazing customer service today. I went in hoping to get an off cut of laminate flooring to stop my cat making a mess in the hallway. I was offered help immediately and shown the various options. The server discussed all the various price options for me. Then when unfortunately nothing was suitable for what I needed, made a few suggestions of what else I could buy to fix my problem. I'll definitely be back! Thank you

I went in tonight as I am indeed looking for a bedroom floor and went straight to the laminate session and started looking, it took some time until someone realised I was there and asked me if I needed any help, I must have been the last customer in! In any case the guy was helpful and showed me a selection of laminate and vinyl I could indeed use!
