PC Carpets - Flooring Shop

We Purchased a Welle Wardrobe from PC carpets,we knew there would be a 2 month wait for it to arrive but didn't plan our decorating well and the decorations took an extra 2 weeks,so we phoned up Welle and told them that we were not ready for delivery,they told us there would be a £100 re- delivery charge which we thought was a lot,we had to phone and re-book a delivery through pc carpets. They told us they would pay the new £100 delivery charge,and sorted out another day to re-deliver wardrobe. We can't praise them highly enough,great service and communication.

Had a karnden floor fitted recently and I was very impressed with the service from start to finish, highly recommend.

Had the whole house carpeted by PC Carpets in various stages over the past two months.

Chris visited the house and was very knowledgable about the various carpets we were onsidering and really helped us. What was great there was no "hard sell".

We had two bedrooms done, a lounge, an office (box room) and hall stairs and landing. All done in a time and day that suited us as we decorated.

The carpets are stunning and Alan the fitter was very professional also giving some advice.

Cost wise, I found PC carpets more than resonable for the quality.

We would definitely use PC carpets again as it is great to get that personal touch you only get away from the big chains. Well done and thank you.

after buying several carpets back in late 2012, the hallway piece was the last cut and stored at home until that part of the house was completed ( last month ). PC carpets still came out and finished the fitting. excellent job. thankyou for sorting out after a big gap!

Mr and Mrs Parmar would like to update there last review the iissue we had with PC carpets has now resoveld. And would recommend there prouducts and services ..
