Carpetright

Hi there people,
Just wanted to inform you of the fact that the staff in here are very impolite.
I’m looking at flooring and ask is this all the range of laminate flooring and was told very rudely that there’s flooring sample boards to the left of where I was looking .
I actually felt unwanted and ended up leaving the store , as no one was to concerned to help us .
No customer services and very ill mannered staff 🙃# please carpet right train your staff .

Ooops my apologies i got my review wrong! Excellent service from Carpetright Kettering. Nobody following you around the store so you can have a goid browse. Ordered 2 seperate carpets with a fitting slot available in 48 hours!! Most impressed, especially with our Sales lady Evelyn....calm abd very helpful....was a pleasure to spend our money!!! Fitting 2morro....watch this space! Thank you Carpetright!

Scott was very helpful and courteous. He gave us enough time to decide what we wanted. Thanks Scott.

Such an easy process, the Manager was so helpful in showing us all the different types of carpets and advising us of all the options. Will definitely buy from them again.
