Very good advice, service and price for new kitchen flooring. Had to replace due to water leak under sink.

I've used The flooring Company at various times the last few years, both for my mums house and my own. Each time I have been met by supportive and knowledgeable staff who have gone out of their way to help. This is great family run, local company and I would recommend them any time.

Needed an offcut of grey carpet for a small bedroom. Visited half a dozen or so shops around Southampton with no joy. Finally remembered this place only a stones throw from where we live. Bingo! Found just what we wanted & very reasonably priced too. Will definitely be returning there in future.

Lady in the show room not helpful. Booked a measuring 30min before he was due decided to go to a job in Winchester. I lost money taking time off. Not impressed.

They dont show up when they say they will and when they do its for a couple of hours at a time when it suits them,
but once they think the job is complete they will pester you several times a day for payment,
it to over 3 weeks to complete a 2 day job
Avoid

Had my bedroom carpet and ensuite flooring fitted Tuesday morning. The communication and service I received was impeccable. Looking forward to remaining carpets being fitted on Monday. Highly recommended
