If we could put no stars we would have. The customer service appauling and workmanship to match. However apparently this is an acceptable finish according to this company! Do not use!

We have dealt with Sharif on 2 occasions and he has been very professional, understanding and helpful. Really took the time to understand our needs and seemed to know the products well.

Great experience choosing and getting carpets and flooring fitted. They were very accommodating from start to finish. Sharif in the store is very friendly and walked us through the whole proces and helped us find the right flooring. Nigel who did the survey and measurement was equally knowledgeable. Extremely happy with the overall experience. Highly recommended!
