Great service at the store. The fitters arrived on time, and laid the carpet in next to no time. Paid the extra for them to take up our existing carpet and dispose of. Money well spent !! Archie and assistant were brilliant, efficient and very funny. So happy with our carpet and the whole experience. Congratulations.

Very poor asked for a quote the salesman said quite abruptly we wouldn't fit that on stairs ,not we wouldn't recommend it.
He pointed a stair symbol on some carpets that would be suitable and surprise surprise mostly double the price.
We have not had this said in any other carpet store.
