Very happy with our new carpet and laminate flooring. Looks and feels great. The team were very patient and took a great deal of time to go through all the various options, pro's and cons and guide us in the right direction suitable for our budget. Floor Direct gave me excellent speedy professional service at a reasonable cost and I am very pleased with the final result. They were efficient reliable and helpful at every stage of the process of renewing the flooring in my kitchen and bathroom and on my stairs. I really recommend using Floor Direct if you are getting any works done. We engaged them to re-skim and decorate, install a Howdens kitchen and lay down new flooring - both laminate and carpet. We had a short turnaround time as I am pregnant and we needed to get the house ready for the baby. The works were all completed well within our timeframe - despite starting just before the Christmas holiday period. The work is of a really high standard and the whole team at Floor Direct were a pleasure to work with. We got several quotes for this work and Floor Direct were certainly within the less expensive range of costings we received. If I ever need anything else done I would engage them again - and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

I am happy from the efficient service I have received from this company. Sam was delightful and very knowledgeable of the different product ranges. I was not sure what type of floor should I be using to considerably reduce noise as I always get complaints from an elderly neighbour. Floor Direct have suggested the use of an underlay that reduces sound by 300 decibel and I have also installed beautiful grey laminate which made my house so bright and lovely. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service! They were suggested to me by my friend who used their service, everything was smooth from start to finish! They have great amount of choices of flooring & the fitting was done on promised time. The price is reasonable, I would definitely use them again!
