Worst after sales service ever, bought a bed from sleep right, there was a slight fault with the bed, went back to the store three times to report it, spoke to the manager who asked me to email a photo of the bed and she was going to send it to customer care, spoke to another member of staff who told me that the manager had left and did nothing about my concerns but the new manager will look into it and give me a call the same day or the next day, over a week now and no contact from this new manager. Altogether it’s been nearly two months now and not a single word from Sleepright, Unbelievable!! it appears that all they want is your money.

We arrived Dartford branch, although we had appointment with Nadia who wasn’t around but Abby took over and she was brilliant.. she was patient and did listen to us. My daughter changed her mind like millions of times and Abby was really patient and listened to what we wanted. She gave us some ideas as well.

Carpets came and were laid, found some brown dotted stains on the carpet in all rooms, landing and stairs. Took pictures and sent email and sent to store to raise my complaint. Was told each time the manager will call me by the end of the day when I called and ask what's going to be done. Never recieved the call. Will escalate this with their head office.

Went in looking for a quote on multiple room laminate, the lady came over to give a quote however she couldn't really quote us for some reason, she found it difficult first saying we need screeding when we have floor boards then the phone rang and she just left us standing there so went to tapi over the road, instant quote for what we needed understood the job fine. Rude and unprofessional.

Useless , found a carpet I wanted , checked all measurements, went to my car to fold seats down came back in to pay (while the guy was folding it up for me) to be told in that few minute period it’s been sold !
Staff don’t have a clue what they are doing just shouting to each other across the rooms

Do not go anywhere near this place. Still waiting for flooring to be complete after half the fitting was done in July. We paid for the full invoice in February and every time we call to chase them to complete the job, they fob us off. STAY AWAY!

Worst store I have ever seen. I bought a bed from store. It couldnt fit up the stairs. I could neither return it nor exchange for a different size. Wish I could give less than 1 star

Terrible. Flooring order was mis-sold, mishandled and never got installed.

Had to escalate multiple times to the corporate head office and threaten to go to the financial ombudsman. Eventually got through to someone sensible at the corporate customer service department who investigated the case.

Carpetright admitted they were totally at fault and gave me a full refund, 2 months later. Beware!
