Carpetright

Apart from our very first visit to the store the entire process has been a nightmare. All 7 rooms were to be carpeted in the same carpet, simple.... However the wrong carpet was ordered for 2 of the 7 rooms somehow. Once this was realised there was then not enough of the chosen carpet for those 2 rooms. Due to time constraints we had to have those 2 rooms fitted out in an alternative flooring. 3 weeks later we are still awaiting a refund, I have called numerous times and been promised numerous call backs which never happened. The communication and service has been the worst I have ever experienced and I feel compelled to leave this review to ensure if you are considering purchasing from this store that you don’t. They don’t care. The manager of this store Steve doesn’t care. Go elsewhere.

Mary at Carpet Right Rugby Elliotts Field has been incredibly helpful. She's friendly, patient, and great at her job. Customer experience is 110%. The pricing and quality of the carpets are competitive too. Big thanks to Mary for making the experience a positive one. Carmen

Worst shopping experience.
I waited a month for the product. The seller has promised to be ready for collection in a week.
I guess he tells that to everyone to sell something. No contact from them, I had to go there myself to find out about the order.
I didn't even hear the word, I'm sorry.

So impressed with carpet right, especially Tyler at the Rugby store. Lovely greeting when I arrived in store, pointed me in the right direction for what I needed, and he was honest which I liked, really down to earth young lad. Tyler was so helpful ordering my carpets and arranging a measure and quote. Excellent communication throughout. The guys that fitted the carpets were really professional and so respectful of my home. 10/10 would definately recommended.

So happy with the experience I had at this store. The customer service was outstanding, Lucy went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy for us. A family member recommended carpetright after also being served by Lucy - so glad I chose this store.

My mother is left sitting on a garden chair after paying for furniture to be moved for carpet fitted today. Told yesterday it's not even in stock! No idea when it will arrive!

I recently came into carpet right, just to see what they had to offer. Honestly I couldn't recommend them enough. A young lady called lucy assisted me I all departments and was very helpful. Needless to say I placed my order there and then! Superb!

AVOID AVOID AVOID RUGBY CarpetRight !! - It has taken weeks to get our carpet fitted and numerous calls and fitting dates booked and we are still without all the carpet down. The customer service is appalling and no one including the store manager takes any accountability. The staff in store are obviously swamped with complaints and really don't care, the shop manager is just as useful.
