Thank you Hussain for making our carpet buying experience very straightforward. The quality of the underlay is superb and the fitter has done a flawless job. Tempted to carpet all the bedrooms now and take out the laminate!

The manager and a young boy in training helped me choose carpets and folded them up and put then in the van for me , absolute credit to the team both of them very friendly and kind.

Paid for luxury vinyl flooring in my conservatory, i paid extra for them to level the flooring as well. The floor is still not level and the is nothing luxury about the flooring. Very frustrating. Waste of £1500.

Excellent experience with Vishal. Explained what I wanted plus my budget and he worked out a solution with me. Also, on the installation day, there was a slight mix up but after a phone call to Vishal, it was sorted within the hour. Can't recommend enough.

I had a very good experience with Tapi in Slough. We had wood flooring fitted downstairs and carpet upstairs and both jobs were completed brilliantly by the fitters. I mostly dealt with Hussain who has extensive knowledge of the products and provided excellent customer service. My parents also had wood flooring fitted upstairs by Tapi and they were equally impressed.

I would not hesitate to use Tapi again and have been recommending them to friends.

Had a very smooth and efficient process of ordering a custom sized rug for childs play area. The member of staff called Hannah was very polite, well spoken and helpful over the phone - even walking through the warehouse to check colours and stock for me as I was deciding on what to purchase.
