Carpetright

We had a wonderful experience at Carpetright today. We needed the carpet urgently and was about to leave the store as the one we liked wouldn't have been delivered by the time we need it. Then Alan, who served us suggested us to look at the carpets that were available in store and gave us a better one for a lesser price. Alan was awesome! Strongly recommend Carpetright👍

I visited Carpetright Purley way several times over the last couple of weeks. Initially I dealt with Clayton who was fantastic in helping me choose the right quality of carpet for my house. Today I had the fitters come in and measure the property. I decided to pop in and see Clayton who had been my main point of contact. As I arrived at the store, I was informed that Clayton had moved to a new store and had kindly passed my details to John (store manager). John very quickly was able to pull up my details, although he wasn't expecting me to come in today. We talked to many options and alternatives to suit our budget. Finally agreed to the one we liked and order was placed.. John has been a great person to deal with, a smooth and pleasant experience with no hard sales. I would like to very much recommend John as the go to person at this branch. Equally, my praise also extends to Clayton to helped me in the early part of my journey. Thank you both.

Nirav was polite and was able to make things quick and easy. He gave you the information you needed, then gave you space to think and find what we wanted. Even when other customers needed help, he was able to manage the room and not leave anyone feeling neglected. He was also able to give a good price. Very happy with the service today.

Went to carpet right in Purley way. Had a limited budget and needed a combination of both laminate and carpet. Adam took us through our options including finance. He was non-judgemental about our situation and processed everything swiftly. We felt well taken care of and important even with our tiny budget. Happy customers :). Would recommend.

Alan was very patient with us and allowed us to try the carpet with the underlay which was lovely.
He was also very accommodating when my wife changed her mind last minute about the colour of the carpet which was totally from a different range.
