Took a trip to the showroom at Telford today to get a look at some samples Firstly, what a wonderful product. It is beautiful and very tactile. Secondly, I met the most amazing lady there called Catherine, she couldn't of been anymore helpful and informative, not to mention very welcoming. Fantastic customer service Granorte UK ... every business should have a Catherine!
