After being let down by a local Dorset company, I quickly reverted to panic mode, and scoured Google for a alternative supplier, of a V4 product, that turned out to be out of stock throughout the UK. I approached 3 different suppliers, who in fairness to the other two companies, were excellent on customer service, sound advice and attentive to my situation. Lee and Alex, were on point with accuracy, advice and competitive with price. They got my custom, on their willingness, to go the extra mile and ensuring my delivery was with me before my deadline. They not only made the deadline they surpassed it, with an early delivery and then handballed the products through my garage to a suitable warm storage. The order wasn't by any means big, but this company definitely reaches out to it's customer, with fantastic communication and advice on the products they use and sell, and meeting their promise on delivery. By all means shop around on the internet, but if you're using Wiltshire Wood for a quote, I guarantee you will be impressed with their customer service and delivery and aftersales advice. I will no doubt be using this company for my future projects. They really are worth putting on your list of companies for Wood flooring and flooring sundries.
