United Carpets And Beds Nuneaton

I visited the Nuneaton showroom for carpets and laminated flooring and they had an excellent choice. Tom assisted with my selection and advised it would suite. They visited my home to confirm the measurements and was out within a week. I had three rooms carpeted and the hall laminated which did take longer then they expected but they did an excellent job of the hall too.

Evertime I have gone in shop I have had good customer service. polite and friendly staff very helpful. I have had all my woodfloor and carpet from them good quality and reasonable price. I have just had a black carpet from them and fitted it. very pleased with it bloke was very friendly too and good at his job I shall be buying off u again soon thank you

Had carpets fitted throughout my whole house. Went to two and united carpets by far the best deal had the house measured on the Thursday carpets fitted on the following Monday brill service defiantly recommend.

Always been loyal customer while house carpeted and lounge twice ! Regularly buy room size piece to go on fitted carpet , Pacifically kept asking if it was brown as the fluorescent lighting distorts the colours as partially colour blind in lit rooms , get home in natural light it’s grey , return it to shop and one salesmen muttering under breath and other moaning saying it was the one I picked ! I may have but clearing asked is it brown ? is it brown ? and was told yes it’s brown ! Anything for quick sale ! Ended up being reluctantly replaced with smaller remnant ! Should have ordered off line at least it would have been brown if brown was ordered !

Only gave four stars as the fitter was not prepared to go the extra mile..
The original lyno went into the cubard. The was a joint just before the door,so when I took up the old lyno there was a couple of inches left in the room.
I never had a knife to trim back to the door that my wife explained. The fitter layed the lyno on top making the door stiff to open.the fitter said there was nothing he could do about it????
I now hope I can sort this without ripping the new lyno...

Brilliant experience from start to finish. We were having the whole new build house done and we’re having 3 types of different flooring. They had the Herringbone flooring I wanted where other companies don’t as it’s too difficult to fit and expensive. Mark was really pleasant to deal with and managed to get us the best deal possible as we were cash buyers
Ordering and fitting timeline was much quicker than other companies had quoted. Considering Xmas was fast approaching.
The carpets were fitted 1st, the fitters did leave the place in a bit of a mess, but I understand they’re contractors and not paid to really tidy afterwards.
The next we had the vinyl flooring in the bathrooms/toilet areas and herringbone in the hallway and kitchen (we had different fitters for this) We were a box short, but United carpets ordered a new box in and it was there by the Saturday so the fitters were able to finish on the Sunday. The fitters were really friendly, worked so hard, into the night some days. They couldn’t finish the beading around the kitchen units as the skirtings needed shaving off first, but they are willing to travel back over and finish that little job.
These fitters were really tidy and swept up the mess and flat packed the recycling into the corner of the room.
Would definitely recommend United carpets, I only went to them off the back of a recommendation.

Excellent service, quick and efficient, quality of the carpet as advertised, will be back to finish off the rest of the house after Christmas
