We got both carpet and wood floors here. Good quality products but everything about the ordering and fitting was like pulling teeth.
I never got replies to my emails. One in 15 phone calls was returned. Twice I had to visit the store in person to find out what was happening as phones were rarely answered.
Delivery of the wood floors didn't happen on the day scheduled. Second time lucky but with arrogant rude fitters and the wrong size skirting board.
The carpet fitter left half way through the job due to a sudden death in his family - poor man had the decency to call and returned a couple of days later and finished the job - just an hour before our house guest arrived.
Doing business with this company is not for the faint hearted.

Mr Anhar helped us to choose the right carpet. He is really helpful and professional. He helped us to secure the earliest fitting time. He paid attention to our needs, and advised what is best for us. He is so nice. Mr Aaron Andrews and Mr Kieran Harris came to fit the carpet in our Cotswold property in Jan 2022. They are very efficient. They are really polite. Great Job! Thank you all!

Absolutely appalling customer service - repeatedly promise to return calls and never do. Promised a time-frame and did not keep to it. Would never use them again

I used Carpet Right at the end of September I only had a few days to move from one house to another and was struggling to find anywhere that I could get carpet from at a reasonable price and in time. I cannot recommend Carpet Right in Botley Oxford enough. They were super helpful and The manager couldn't have been anymore accomodating and friendly. He managed to get us exactly what we needed and within our budget.
Would definitely use again. Highly recommend. Thank you so much 🙌
