Grant was so lovely and helpful and helped us to understand what we were actually buying rather than price point. He did his best to get us the best price available, and raj was so friendly and made us a great offer. If it weren’t for their amazing customer service we probably would have gone away and thought about it but they made it so clear to us what we were buying that we bought it on the spot. We still have a house full of carpet needed so we will defiantly be coming back to grant and raj.

Grant was very helpful and got us through the order process with no bother. We Emailed our requirements in advance and grant had everything ready for us when we arrived at the store. Very happy with sales service.

The manager was so rude ! I’m not sure but I think his name may have been raj. He so rude I couldn’t believe how he speaks to customers!

Amazing service from Eddie and Grant in getting our new carpet booked in before Christmas within 3 days of visiting the Harlow store (including measuring, delivering/collecting samples ect). There has been a real personal touch to the service which is rare in many companies anymore, not least in larger companies. Very impressed and pleased with the process so far!

I was really pleased to find lvt flooring for my bathrooms on offer at carpet right. The online support team were great at answering my initial questions. The surveyor was great and gave lots of great advice and finally Grant at the Harlow store was so helpful. He took the time to help me decide which floor would be best for me, patiently priced up the various options to help me decide, arranged fitting (which was also superb) and quickly amended my order when I changed my mind about the extras. Would thoroughly recommend!

Great products and great shopping experience. Claire was excellent at making sure we chose the right flooring for us. She has been very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products and also very patient while we tried to make decisions! Thanks to Claire, for making this experience so good - and the floor looks really great in the new room!
