Would recommend United Carpets Kirkby in Ashfield to anyone, we had a carpet approximately 15 months and unfortunately we had to go back with a fault, Jamie the Contracts Manager came to see the carpet and immediately agreed there was a fault and contacted the manufacturer who didn’t answer him probably due to the Covid 19 situation. However, Jamie rang us and told us to go into the shop and choose another carpet and they ordered a new one without any cost to us at all. The carpet for the Lounge, hall, stairs and Landing was fitted by 2 very nice fitters Simon and Shaun they were excellent very helpful and profession at all times cannot praise Jamie, Simon and Shaun enough.

Good shop in Kirkby in Ashfield. Pleasant staff,not pushy.Excellent choice of floor coverings, surprisingly reasonable prices.Will be returning to match home fabrics with carpets.

The shop was great, a really helpful salesman, however the fitter was not so. The shop said to have X amount to give directly to the fitter. In all the times I have used United Carpets this has always been the same. On this occasion the fitter asked me for another £10 on top for glue???

Had vinyl fitted in downstairs toilet, bathroom and kitchen. Shop had good choice at a competetive price. The fitter did a great job, really well fitted, phoned to let us know what time he was coming. One very happy customer. Would have no hesitation in recommending them. Will definitely use them in future.

Fantastic job once again by Jamie and the team for supplying me with quality underlay, carpet and laminate ... Had all downstairs done last year.. All upstairs yesterday and today. Excellent service as always from United carpets gave us some good ideas on the best type of carpets we needed got a good deal and also got good discount on a rug.
