Ive just had new carpet from here in my bedroom and stairs and landing. Great service. Lovely guys. Really pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

Shocking !! This place fitted some vinyl flooring in my bar, they never glued it properly to the edges of the room, theres was air bubbles all throughout plus due to the floor not stuck down proper i moved the sofa and it ripped it they where suppose to come to look at it tuesday it's now Wednesday and still no call so trading standards I'll phone

Wow what can we say needed carpets and flooring fitted pretty quickly and we ordered on Saturday and on Wednesday they was fitted done the best job ever the flat looks mint and was at a cheap price will be using theses again the staff was friendly and there to help 😀

Got a great bargain on some quality carpets and underlay with a knowledgeable man in store. 2 guys came to fit it, literally took them 30 mins for 2 rooms no messing around. We absolutely love it

Good shop to deal with. Sales people don't pressure or overly bother you but are helpful when required and a good selection of carpets including a lot of bargain priced roll ends.

Got what i wanted at a good price.very helpful as usual.

Would not use again. Had a large carpet fitted recently. Charged £80 for fitting - it was completed in less than 15 minutes. Would not of minded but they took patches of gloss from all pieces of skirting around the room which has recently been decorated using premium paint. No ownership of damage and bodge quick job. Do not use - terrible service.

Very disappointed.
Feel like the LVT flooring was mis-sold.
Paid for floor fitter recommended by United Carpets and the self level floor is definitely not that. Has waves all over the place. Called the floor fitter back and tried to fix the issues but now won't answer the phone to us.
Extremely unhappy with the floor that has been laid for a very expensive price.
Terrible.
