Called and was promised a call straight back - this never happened. We politely messaged them a few days later (after they’d had opportunity to get back to us) and explained we were slightly disappointed that we never got the call back as we waited in for it, and asked if they could call us back the next day instead so we could discuss booking. The response I had off Richard Freeman personally was absolutely disgusting. He was extremely rude despite including in his message that he ‘holds himself in a very professional manner’. He told us that he wouldn’t be fitting flooring for us ‘any time soon’ and that he was very disappointed we brought up not receiving the call back. We did not receive an apology once despite us simply asking him to call us back the following day. This is the thanks you get from Richard for trying to take your custom to his local business, and we will ensure to share our poor experience with others. We will never try to support his company again by shopping with him. Highly recommend taking your custom elsewhere to companies that actually appreciate it and understand customer service skills👍
