Thoughtful Flowers

Lucy provided us with the most beautiful flowers today as gifts for nursery staff. Her service is professional and friendly whilst offering a personal touch and she clearly has a genuine passion for what she does and she does it brilliantly. The care and attention to detail is faultless. I would highly recommend Lucy and will be definitely be using her again in the future. A definite 5 stars from a very happy customer.

Flowers were beautiful that I ordered for a funeral, exactly what I wanted. Very reasonable price and just small charge for delivery, taken with no problem to the funeral director. I would use again definitely and recommend.

Purchased Mother’s Day flowers for my Mum. They came in a lovely box & smelt beautiful. Sadly the delivery driver didn’t take care of them and shook a lot of their heads off!
But “Thoughtful” resolved the issue straight away. They sent another bouquet of the same Flowers and gave me a £5 voucher off my next order. I Will definitely be using them again as they send big bunches of Flowers with a lovely smell which fills the room. Thank-You you earned your Name!!

I have just had flowers delivered at the exact time I was promised. They are for my 85 year old mum, so had them in a basket arrangement for easy care as I am not allowed in her flat at mo, due to covid restrictions. No arranging needed and easy to water.
