Flowers by Sarah Ann Ltd

I ordered flowers for my mum on Mother's Day and was hugely disappointed with the overall look of the arrangement, particularly the quality of the flowers. As you can see from the photos (taken the next day), most of the flowers were lifeless and withered. The outer petals of the lilies and the rose were brown. Two of the chrysanthemum heads were missing, leaving stalks. My mum telephoned the proprietor the following morning to convey her disappointment, but the woman was unpleasant and quickly became rude and hostile. In fact, she would not accept responsibility for the poor quality of the flowers and claimed that the lilies are meant to be brown! Sadly, the worst bouquet that my mum has ever received.

I don’t live in the area so ordered these beautiful flowers over the phone. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, and even though I couldn’t have sunflowers (I was ordering last minute so they weren’t in stock), I saw in the photo my friend sent that the card has sunflowers on which I thought was very thoughtful. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you so much

Having recently lost my Dad, I chose this florist for its good reviews and location to the funeral directors. Sarah dealt with me personally and I liked her compassionate approach. I believed the floral tribute designs to be set in stone, but Sarah suggested tailored options more reflective of my Dad and I was very happy with the finished product.
