Flower Bowl Florists

Placed an order for a 60th Birthday, on 5/1/2020 for a 11/1/2020 delivery. Had a confirmation of delivery date and time on an email.
The delivery was made 24hrs too early, the owner of the shop could not offer a satisfactory explanation as to why this had happened. She was more interested in how I was complaining and the way I was speaking to her and then put the phone down on me. I arrange many events and thought I would support a local business, rather than use internet deliveries, what a mistake I made.
Completely ruined my surprise delivery, that I had arranged for the customer to receive personally for her 60th Birthday.

I had a wonderful bunch of flowers delivered from the Flower Bowl. They were delivered in self contained box which meant I didn’t even need to find a vase and over a week later are still in bloom. I can honestly say they are the finest lilies I have ever had. Thank you!

Place my order this morning and delivery was received just after lunch. The recipient loved the flowers and sent me a picture - they were beautiful. Thank you so much. I will definitely use you again.

Beautiful flowers for our wedding, exactly the vision we created and delivered timely to the venue. Thank you so much Amy. The flower arch went down a treat and even the events team at the venue commented that it was the best they had seen. Superb!!

Belated review, but the Flower Bowl deserves 5 stars! Back in March I ordered a Mothers day flower box (I live 180mile away). Mothers day arrived, I called my Mum, but she had not received the flowers. I called the Flower Bowl, they checked and had a record of it being delivered. The Flowers had been nicked. The Flower Bowl were brilliant, they above & beyond, put together a brand new set of flowers, added, chocolates & balloons & owner personally delivered everything on the Monday morning and really looking after my Mum..... A quality, quality business who I will always use from now on. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Received a boxed bouquet from my husband on 5th August, looked beautiful on the day, lasted 3 days, then started to wilt and die, to say I was disappointed is an understatement, I've had flowers from supermarkets that have lasted over a week, such a letdown after my birthday 😒
