Leyla did the all the decor design and flowers for our wedding in November 2018 in London - table arrangements, bouquets, buttonholes, venue decor, candle arrangements etc. . She is incredibly talented and creative, and took our slightly confused brief (we were not 100% sure what we wanted but were going for a mix of English and East African tropical foliage) and came up with beautiful and unique designs - most other florists we spoke to said this wasn’t possible but she managed to make it work perfectly and effortlessly!

On top of that Leyla was incredibly professional, patient, and responsive throughout the process (which helped take away lots of the stress!). Very reasonably priced and an absolute pleasure to work with - we would highly recommend Leyla / Bloom of the Block to anyone!

What an amazing florist! Took our (quite unclear) brief for our wedding and delivered the most stunning and unique flower arrangements! We couldn’t have been happier and would recommend to anyone.

Leyla did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely AMAZING! Leyla made my wedding bouquet and a posy for my daughter. She listened to my brief and delivered something that contained all the elements requested, but still surprised me in a really wonderful way on the morning. A Unique, beautiful, delicate bouquet containing amazing, top quality blooms. It was a very magical feeling holding them, something I will never forget. My daughter looked like she had just scooped hers from a cottage garden, angelic. The price was also very reasonable!

Not only do their bouquets last ages but the arrangements are beautiful. I also think that their arrangement is a lot more creative and artistic than you typically see. They're by far my favourite place to get flowers, never fails to impress.

I contacted Layla from Sydney as i wanted something special for my family in London. What a talented florist this lady is. Her work is STUNNING and tasteful - i was over the moon to see what was delivered. Her thoughtful customer service and attention detail were so appreciated. The recipients said they were the most beautiful flowers they’d ever received.

We got our wedding bouquets, a flower crown and button holes from Bloom of the Block and I can’t speak more highly of them. Leyla was great, super friendly, very relaxed, and took on board our ideas (I think we were quite clueless and vague) to create something really beautiful. 100% recommend!
