I’ve had a terrible experience twice with the owner, Amal. Firstly, booked a class for a hand tie and when I arrived at the shop, it was closed. When I finally managed to contact the owner an hour later she claimed she was going to report me to MET police (not quite sure why when I was just asking to reschedule as her shop was closed and she had not informed me) the second time I wondered in to purchase a single flower (in desperation!!) when I witnessed her screaming at her staff members and there were no flowers in the shop. She clearly did not remember me from before yet when I explained about my poor experience before she claimed that there used to be a woman in the shop who ‘stole her identity’ and ‘was rude and horrible to people to make her brand look bad’ (.... there is no other woman, it was her) It’s very clear there is terrible management skills aswell as awful business skills from this woman. Avoid this shop and this dreadfully rude woman as much as possible.

A great find just up the road from Harrods, an on trend florist with friendly staff who put together a beautiful bouquet and new exactly what I wanted. I am now tempted to book one of their unique floristry classes. I was originally drawn in by their fabulous window display and inside is amazing too......love it!

I was so ecstatic to have seen my florist from the South of France here in this stunning boutique. This lady is a very talented florist that did many beautiful flower arrangements on my yacht and in villa. I am so delighted to have her beautiful arrangements decorating my home once again. I highly recommend.

At first, I was surprised to have read such negative reviews, but realised they were from a year ago and that the most recent reviews are more positive. I ordered from Flower Bar and School as a surprise for a friend living in London (me living in Belgium) for her birthday. I was very happy with the service Tasha gave to me via email. Having to deal with this order from a distance, she made it very easy. She replied in a speedy and helpful manner. A+, would recommend (if you're ordering from a distance- since I can't give a review for in person orders)

I'm so happy!! I placed an order from the US to celebrate something with my mother. I was honestly a little scared at first because I wouldn't get to see the arrangement at all, and this was a meaningful occasion for me. I emailed them, and Tasha (the manager) was extremely responsive and helpful. The flowers came out BEAUTIFUL. Great service, honestly fair priced for the results, and gorgeous arrangement. Thank you guys so much!

I attended the terrarium making masterclass a few weeks ago and was extremely happy with the end result. Tasha is the loveliest person you could ever wish to learn from. Apart from being extremely talented and patient, Tasha went through every step in so much detail to ensure that you were comfortable with every stage of making the terrarium. For 90 minutes I completely forgot about everything in my life and was so immersed in building my terrarium. The experience was extremely relaxing and fun, also being surrounded by beautiful flowers and gorgeous decor added to the lovely experience. I highly recommend this if you are looking to learn a new skill or want to do something new with your friends and family, it was worth every penny. Thank you Tasha and The Flower Box and Bar.

Lovely little flower shop along the street of Harrods.
I bought a beautiful little bouquet at quite a reasonable price (there are pricy ones but there are affordable ones as well).
I also bought some of there dreamy scent candles online after I moved out of UK but the staffs were very prompt and professional in answering my questions over e-mails and Instagram DMs.
It's always nice to have a favorite go-to flower shop and if I had lived in London still, it definitely would've been one!

Such a gorgeous florist, always filled with so many beautiful varieties of flowers, plants and divine smelling candles. The new management is amazing, always friendly and helpful if I have any questions. I would recommend checking it out.
