my friend loved the flowers. customer service is the worst. i ordered from the US and emailed three times called three times and never got a response. i had to ask my friend if she received the flowers i sent. not exactly what you want as a gift.

Incredibly rude service, over priced and bad selection.

Walked up to them and asked them if they had any bouquets- to which they responded their starting price was 70 pounds. All fine but I wasn't looking to spend that (was more looking in the 35-50 range just for a small gift). I expressed this not rudely (as they used to have these little gift boxes for around 35 pounds of which I once bought 2 for my friends), and I was told (while the guy was laughing at my request) that never existed and the starting price anywhere was going to be 70 pounds. He got a lot more demeaning while acting as if I was insane for even asking what they had. Totally bizarre experience. Eventually I just walked away.

They can charge whatever they want but no need to be rude- and also the selection and bouquets were no where near good enough to justify that behaviour. I guess they are arrogant because of the wall which makes them popular with instagram influencers etc- but really the store is not at all worth the hype. Just go around the corner to Harper & Tom flowers- much prettier selection and much friendlier staff. Got a super gorgeous bouquet there for 55 pounds and was a happy customer. Hope this helps someone who is looking!

Rude and unfriendly staff, however the store and arrangements are beautiful. I wouldn’t purchase anything here though bc as mentioned, the tattooed guy that works there pretty much hates anyone that doesn’t want to spend more than 100 pounds on flowers.

Been there a few times, the staff were always extremely rude and unfriendly, based on how they treat their customers, it feels like they simply don’t want people to buy from they at all.

Very very very disappointed…

I have ordered a deluxe version for funeral…

250€ and an amazing photo on the website, but when I receive the picture of the bouquet, what a disillusion.

My wife is florist in Paris so I can tell you that this is a trap !

Very unhappy with quality of medium bouquet for £95 which did not look at all like the one on website and was very mediocre and not worth more than half the price (see difference in photos below ). Disappointing!

Also paid £12 for next day delivery and was neither notified of dispatch or delivery, having to chase the next day myself.

Emailed next day to say I was unhappy with bouquet but received no response which I think is bad customer service for a florist of this calibre and reputation.

Will definitely not use again.

Seriously?? I walked up and asked how much a bouquet was priced. I was told 75 pounds. Not wanting to spend that amount I asked if they could make one for 50. The answer was "No". Nothing more, nothing less... I should have read the other reviews first. "Custmer service at its worst" is right.
