Wonderful quality and thoughtful service. Mothers day flowers were delivered on the day, as fresh and high quality as the previous time I ordered flowers for my Mum from Alexanders. There's no end to Kim's talent! I recently ordered a personalised funeral flower display with Kim for my brother-in-law's funeral in April. I wanted something very personal to him and Kim was able to accommodate my wishes perfectly. She dedicated so much time on the phone getting the requirements just right. I felt at ease the moment we spoke. She's an amazingly gifted individual and I cannot thank Kim enough for the amazing display she produced. My brother-in-law would have absolutely loved it. Having to order flowers for a funeral is not the easiest thing in the world and of course it's so import that they meet your expectations.
All I can say is wow the flowers that I ordered were stunning, they really stood out.
From when I walked into the shop to order I felt confident that I wouldn't be disappointed, they were so helpful with advice and put me at ease straight away, so glad I choose Alexanders.

Highly recommend they were absolutely fantastic!!! I ordered birthday flowers from my aunt googled so many florists and spoke to many nothing attracted me as such everything was the same. I rang Alexanders and just by speaking to them they just understood what I want completely on my page. Thought take the risk and order from them as they listened and were so nice. They did not disappoint at all. Above and beyond expectation. Beyond beautiful, delivered and called me exceptional service from start to finish. Can not recommend them enough. They will always be my florist glad I took the risk and went by my gut what wonderful people know their stuff and most importantly listen and create magic. Thank you very much Alexander Flowers . I ordered a pink roses floral arrangement for my cousin's 84th birthday. What a surprise!! Kim, arranged these and delivered. My Cousin was head over heels and and totally ecstatic. She mentioned most beautiful flowers received on the day and extremely happy. Thank you Kim you have shown your professionalism for another year of delivering flowers.

Myself and my family were so impressed with the flowers we ordered for our Auntie’s funeral. The gorgeous teddy really did have the wow factor! We are so grateful to Kim for being so helpful and far exceeding our expectations 🥰

Alexanders Florist made me an incredible sewing machine for my nans funeral, as she loved sewing and I wanted a personal floral tribute instead of a general arrangement. The picture doesn’t do it justice, it truly was amazing. Had so many comments on it from family and friends. It was a lovely experience throughout, considering the circumstances, and the staff were really friendly, and they delivered it straight to the funeral directors for me so I didn’t need to worry about that. Would highly recommend.

Such a wonderful experience doing Christmas wreath making here. The ladies provided tea/coffee and prosecco, unlimited time and such an amazing choice of materials/decorations. Highly recommended. Great to support local too.
