Ordered one thing and got completely another. Sent an email asking why and was ignored. I wanted to send the white flowers on the left with a vase to a young girl (totally unromantic). Got the red roses on the right in a cardboard box - no vase, not even close.

Terrible Terrible Terrible
I ordered the hydrangea and rose bouquet costing £45 for a family member and they received a very different, and vastly less impressive bunch of 'petrol station' flowers. I made contact to try to rectify the situation and waited an hour for a response on the live chat with zero contact. I tried again a few days later with the same zero contact. I sent an email to their 'Happiness Team' but they haven't come back to me in over a week. And, finally I called the number on their website and it doesn't work!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Use an independent florist instead. I wish I had.

So Rude, impatient and very disrespectful on the Phone. I don't even want to give a single star for this company. I was trying to order some flowers for my wife and we asked for a proper invoice, which I want to keep for my reference, But the lady we were talking totally lost her patience and called us fraudulent, and said she will report us. My order number at point of sale was 10931.
I would suggest not buying anything from this company as the response you are likely to get is one of hostility and impatience and somebody constantly interrupting you and not allowing you to explain yourself properly. I am fairlt new to this country and have always always found English people to be so charming and polite but it's quite the opposite with with this company.

Was totally let down by another company Sendfuneralflowers. The wreath was a no show. Terrible! However Rachel from this company was absolutely outstanding. She was reassuring, helpful and very understanding as to what I needed to send. Perfect service. I shall use her again! How she did it with no time to spare before the funeral started, I do not know. Can't thank her enough.

I ordered flowers yesterday with a promised delivery of yesterday. The only reason for ordering was due to this guaranteed delivery slot. The flowers didn't arrive and despite being legally able to expect a refund due to this company's non fulfilment of their contractual agreement the gentleman I spoke to advised no refund would be due. £48 for no flowers! I will be taking this further as I know I'm due a full refund.

UPDATE: Today I have been refunded the money paid. I am therefore changing my rating to reflect this.

My wife ordered a wreath for her father's funeral, the description of which was entirely based around thistles (which was pertinent to her dad) and the picture showed thistles and roses. The wreath turned up with no thistles and a few roses (and with carnations in replacement), looking very different to the online picture. On complaining and seeking a refund they say they are allowed to do this due to their terms and conditions. They were not sympathetic and quite unapologetic - not what you want when you are burying your dad.

Looking closer, at the Terms they say 'We aim to provide a pier-to-pier (sic) sharing platform where you (“the customer”) and businesses which provide flower delivery services (“service providers”) can find each other." Furthermore, the customer help section has nothing but random text in it and the Terms and Conditions refers to a company called 'online man and van' so all a bit weird. As a I write we are trying to recoup our loss here but the person online (their helpline took me through to a lady who was driving) said they are unlikely to refund due to their T&Cs, which means we will have to pursue the refund through our bank and or legal process.
