I have just received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from some dear friends. The flowers are stunning, wrapped beautifully and the bouquet is huge. Being a florist myself, I am very fussy about design and quality but when I received a hat box arrangement from Holborns I was extremely impressed. I had the opposite experience from AA. I bought three hydrangeas before lock down. They died within two days. I called Holburns and spoke to Russell. He was so apologetic, explained that hydrangeas sometimes do that. 21/2 years later I was in the florist. i was admiring the flowers and my friend said why don’t you buy some. I said last time I bought some they died quickly.Russell was there, he remembered me and before I knew it had wrapped a stunning bouquet of hydrandeas with eucalyptus and gave them to me - no charge and with lots if advice about how to keep them fresh. I was stunned and thrilled!

Purchased flowers for my Mother's birthday for £100. All of the flowers apart from one survived. Bought on a Friday, immediately cut stems underneath and put into a large vase with water. By the following Monday most were withering. Sent images to seller, owner called me and was very rude telling me I had not put them in water. I explained I did, I was very careful and they were in water within 20 minutes of buying. I don't even care about the money. He was incredibly rude, would not listen or believe me and would not accept liability. I told the owner it's not about the money, he can keep the money and I will even give him extra if times are that hard. You can see from the pictures that only one type of flower survived, the large white one, the rest started to die within a day or so. Disgusting service.

I would recommend Holborn's flowers for funeral flower arrangements.
They did a fantastic arrangements for my Dad's funeral and were very please with the flowers and was worth the money we paid for them.
The flowers also lasted in the arrangements very well.

I called in the late afternoon to order flowers for a friend, and a gorgeous big bunch of hand tied flowers were delivered the next morning. I asked for a yellow and sunny bunch, and they couldn't have been more perfect. A very happy customer here. Thank you
