Willows Flowers

Recently brought some flowers from willows and although the assortment was a good choice for my other half I personally don't feel the flowers I got on the day were of best quality/freshness as after only a couple of days some are looking limp and petals on the roses have brown edging. Also I felt the bouquet presentation was rushed which let it down, I have purchased flowers from numerous florists over the years spending the same, less and more where i have had some stunning presented flowers to me but I felt on this occasion I was let down.

Willows made the most beautiful funeral wreath for my mother's best friend. The gorgeous flowers and arrangement were more than we could have wished for. It's was a beautiful tribute to a very special lady. Couldn't thank the ladies at willows enough. Fantastic service too.

Willows created my wedding flowers on the 22nd June and the service was simply fantastic. My initial meeting with Ros was an absolute pleasure, she really understood my theme and the look I was trying to achieve. On the day itself, we had two delivery address and everything arrived on time. The bouquets, buttonholes, corsages and flower girl wand took my breath away, they were all perfect. Thank you so much Willows.

A fabulous florist, who's website was easy to navigate, with plenty of photos to show their displays and give ideas. I ordered flowers for my Father's funeral by phone and Willows were friendly and professional, guiding me to achieve what I was looking for. The displays were stunning just as I hoped they would be. I recommend Willows.

Whilst the staff are friendly and efficient I thought I was spending my money on a bouquet of flowers. I was greatly saddened that £50 only paid for 6 roses at £3.50 each, 3 lilies, 3 small bunches of daisies and very small spiky purple flower and the rest of the bouquet (at least half of the bouquet) was just leaves and not very special ones at that. I have since been warned that Willows are for the people who have more money than sense and I couldn't agree more. I felt ripped off. And to add insult to injury, there was an additional £5 delivery fee. Avoid unless you enjoy throwing your money away.

My daughter in law has just received the most beautiful bunch of flowers done by Clare at Willows, thank you so much, really efficient and very helpful when I rang to order them, I will definitely use you again! Louise

Claire did the breathtaking arrangement for our Mothers funeral on Monday. It was awesome! The beautiful blooms were so Plump and just perfect 🥰 Thank you. Mummy has been sent flowers from Willows for her 90th birthday and also her 91st. So beautiful but these were just exceptional .Thank you x

Telephoned Willows in Reigate circa 10.15 Saturday, gave a brief description of my requirements, collected 11am.
Flowers exactly as requested, most perfectly lovey bouquet, my wife is ecstatic!
Very good value considering the fresh quality.
Whenever you require flowers in Reigate the shop is located at the Dorking end of High Street by the traffic lights.
