Watford Junction Flowers

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Disgusting service, arrogant manager. Terrible service, delivered the wrong flowers, when complained they called at 8:30 on mother's Day. They asked if we would like the correct flowers delivered and they sent a smaller bunch and waited untily elderly mother gave them back the old ones!!! What are they going to do with 2 day old flowers? Resell them? So much for good will. Still not happy and would avoid like the plague. Tried to complain to be met with rudeness. Ordered the delicate lilac to be sent the garish red and purple as photos show. The first photo is replacement which isn't upsized and greener than expected.

Ordered flowers from this company, as the floral delivery I ordered from another firm never arrived in time for my sister's special birthday. Flowers delivered in timescale given & on a Sunday too! and were just as the photo on website. My sister was very happy with the blooms.

Easy to place order, delivery was on schedule. However was given alternative flowers, as what I ordered was not in stock. Might be better if out of stock items were not available at time of ordering. No point in taking an order and money, and then call/ email to say we sending an alternative bouquet.

Really pleased with the service provided. very quick and efficient. I even made a typo with the message and received a call to clarify the message i wanted-which i really appreciated Beautiful flowers and my sister was very pleased-surprised her as she just had a new baby.

Ordered a same day delivery bouquet for a poorly relative. It arrived within a couple of hours of ordering and was beautiful. Our lovely sister in law said it made her day! I would highly recommend.

I have ordered a number of times from Watford Junction Flowers and every time the flowers have arrived as shown on the websites photos. The flowers are beautiful and have lasted a lot longer then your average super market bunch. Highly recommended!!
