Peter Posh Formal Suits Warwick

Suits were great but Liam who seems to run the shop in Warick has no aftersale skills.
Here is why...
We hired 6 suites from Peter Posh. We all went down for fitting 3 to 4 weeks beforehand. At the fitting my best mans jacket was two small and Liam said he'd get him a longer jacket for the wedding. Unfortunately my bestman couldn't try on his suit again until the night before the wedding day. To our horror Liam hadn't packed the longer jacket. When I spoke to Liam he never apologised, (not these exact words) but he then basically went on to say it was our fault as we hadn't tried the suit on before the day. I understand it from his perspective but at the end of the day he does this day in day out. Liam shouldnt be making mistakes.
He then wanted me or someone to drive the nearly 2h round trip to get the jacket, we didn't have the time or needed the stress on the morning of my wedding. Didn't even offer to bring the jacket to me even though it was his mistake. After tooing and throwing on the phone he eventually said he'd send someone up to me. When I saw my father his waistcoat was so small he couldn't fasten the buttons. So two mistakes with 6 suits. Not good. My dad didn't want to stress me out and told me later on. Also when we dropped the suits off, Liam still offered no apology and made another dig about it basically being our fault. Glad I never have to deal with these again.

We hired six suits for a wedding in September. There were several errors to suits, including fitting and tailoring. Hems uneven, wrong sized shirts being given. The shop assistant called Jade was rude, arrogant, did not speak just mumbled looking away, making it apparent she did not want to serve us.
This should of been an exciting time for the wedding party, however was ruined by the disgusting behaviour of the shop assistant Jade. An email was sent to management about her, no reply.

Great service start to finish, very helpful with measuring and delivering on time. Suits were quality material.

We ordered our hire suits for our wedding, which had been checked in store. We collected them 2 days before our wedding, however when we got them home there was broken buttons on the grooms suit and they weren’t up to standard. We contacted the shop who were less than helpful and didn’t express much remorse. We had to drive 35 mins to collect another suit, and no discount or apology was offered. Poor service!

We met a team of Peter Posh at the wedding show in Coventry and they told us they could do a lot of different fabrics and colour for my partner's wedding suit. We contacted Warwick shop and took an appointment to be served finally we realised the appointment wasn't needed as it was open to public with only 1 person to serve everyone. And we've been told the colour we needed didn't exist. We couldn't do anything about it, they're were no choice. We drove 1h for this for nothing, The lady here gave us different sizes but that's it. We had no further help and advice we've been left totally frustrated and she even looked surprised when we said we wanted to buy a suit instead of renting it... What a waste of time...

Accompanied my son at an appointment to view gents wedding attire 26/11/22. Really?! Have seen more life in road kill than I experienced from the staff there. Left after 10 minutes. Absolutely abyssmal.

We hired 9 suits for our wedding plus a bespoke waist coat for myself. Highly recommended, great communication, quality and overall service. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you.
