Purchased my multi-way Bridesmaids dresses from Full Length and Fabulous.
Raven has been so amazing throughout the whole process. She made a conscious effort to understand the theme of my wedding and suggest colours that would go well. She also took time to help us practice different styles on the dresses so each bridesmaids would feel happy and comfortable on the day.
She responded quickly to every message and the new shop is stunning
Raven is clearly passionate about her business, I cannot recommend it enough.

I had a wedding reception to attend at the weekend and nothing to wear! Raven was fantastic and saw me that same day, had me trying on various dresses and I walked out with the perfect dress for the occasion, which I can wear again. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble and Lorna was fab at helping me into the dress I chose. Definitely coming back - this shop is an absolute treasure chest!

Went to see some dresses here for my girlfriend who was unable to come there however the lady there blocked me from entering the store pretty racist I would say. Almost treats me like a third class citizen and says she knows nothing. And can't help me... This is only for the privileged good looking people of a certain colour.. not for everyone.. I know my girlfriends size and I would want to see the dresses before I get my girlfriend in as she's really busy. But they judge you a lot and spread real bad vibes. Felt so bad hope they learm a thing or two about customer service. And note it was store opening hours I was still denied entry.

I put one star because my bridesmaids dress were beautiful on the day but that is down to the actual designer of the dress. In terms of the shop and staff i would not recommend to any future bride. Bridesmaid Dresses all ordered at the same time in May yet one never arrived and was left completely stressed out with a maid of honour having to get herself in to a dress a size smaller. But as quoted by the owner my fault for ordering dresses for a wedding in Sept in May despite having a growing teenager. She never highlighted that this would be an issue at time of ordering and was actually extremely encouraging that all would be here in plenty if time. Extremely poor customer service in regards to communication. I really would not want another bride to go through the additional stress this shop caused leading up to their special day. Full of empty promises that the dress would be altered by her seamstress but i was left 3 days before my wedding having to find another seamstress to fix everything and when i asked for my money back on the alterations she refused stating she would take all the dresses back rather than refund. Yes money was knocked off the dresses due to having to have the wrong size but the lack of communication leading up to this was unacceptable and unnecessary. I have never left a negtive review before and it really disheartens me to do so but the stress and upset this caused was completely unfair.
