Hired a dinner jacket, bow tie, shirt and trousers from them, the staff seemed to know what they were talking about and were very friendly, when I came to pick it up and take it home, it fitted me perfectly. The price was very sensible, and there were people in there as I arrived, popular place!

I have visited this shop twice and both times been left disappointed. I visited with the intention to hire ~10x suits for wedding later this year and informed them of this.
The general attitude of the staff was generally terrible, both times I had members of staff stop serving me to help someone else who came in. The general tone when I did get them to engage was disinterested at best and at worst rude to the point of me feeling I should leave.

The suit selection itself was 'ok' but the sizes are not great for anyone who has a bigger chest than waist. The jacket I tried was either ticket on the shoulder with a tent of a waist or just wrong. The staff also said both times "well that is what we have". It did not feel like they wanted my business at any point.

The only redeeming feature was the lady member of staff (sorry I did not catch your name) who was being more honest and at least stuck with me long enough to try something on.

If you need to get a suit and you have a tight budget I would consider here, otherwise for a special day I would go somewhere they will treat you like a real human being.

We hired suits for our wedding last month. We had a picture in mind that was slightly out of the box. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with what we wanted and gave some of our ushers who lived further afield other options to provide there measurements.
The suits where great quality and the staff where brilliant.

Most recently I needed a tailcoat for an event. The staff were very helpful, from measuring up and making sure I had the right size and most comfortable jacket on the first visit, to then making checking out and returning the item for the event really simple and straightforward. On top of all that, the price was very good. I would highly recommend them for any formal hire, having used them a number of times recently for different events and apparel.

Used them to hire suits for my wedding in September and the quality of the suits for me (the groom), the groomsmen and fathers of the bride and groom were great. Staff were super helpful and can't recommend them enough.
