Stopped by to grab a bite to eat and a coffee with my friend. Had Avocado Toast, which was yummy, but the poached eggs were slightly over cooked. However, the service was excellent 👌

The ambience is nice and the decor is simple and beautiful. The food though is quite average. We ordered a lot of food, nothing was great.

Service friendly but food overpriced for what it is. Good poached eggs and I’ll give them that, but definitely style over substance. £18 for an omelette and £17 for a small avocado on toast, absurd even considering the location.

Good service..the desserts are nice. The caesar salad has anchovies, which is the twist that I didn’t like.

I had the set Christmas menu here which was a very reasonable price. I was given the incorrect starter but this was corrected promptly without charge. The portions felt a bit small but they did taste good. I expect the non set menu is more interesting. You can tell the chef is very good. A greater selection of soft drinks would be nice but if you are a wine drinker I imagine these dishes would compliment more finely.

One of the few place open during 1st of January and nevertheless it was almost empty .
Service was super slow.
Pasta for our daughter arrived promptly after 20 minutes but it was undercooked and with a terrible sauce.
Our mains arrived after 45 minutes from the time we ordered.
Very basic in terms of taste and highly overpriced.
Fun fact for the 24£ chicken: came with pumpkin seeds in their shell.

The food was quite simple in taste and presentation but very much well overpriced.

The wagyu burger was a £22 steal with very dry and hard brioche bum, almost naked burger, and the worst was the meat, well too overcooked and tasteless.
The avocado toast £17 was absurdly small and simple, and similarly the roasted aubergine, only half aubergine with small side.
Friendly service at first turned into rushed atmosphere with waiter attempting to take the food away without finishing it.
£16 for a simple glass of wine that was not even good!

The place and food was definitely overpriced even for the location, with other better options around.
Definitely not going again.

Not worth it at all. Went for the Festive Dinner. The chicken salad, wasn't a proper salad and the chicken tasted/looked like Tesco Pre-cooked chicken breast that was on reduced price. Lamb was cold and tasted off. The service was awkward and seemed quite confused after every statemnr, and on top of that charged 2 people wrong.
