A very well managed French Restaurant in the centre of Henley-on-Thames that has great ambience, good service and knowledgeable staffs.

The food is served well and at the right temperature but our Fish Pie and Beef Stew tasted a bit too salty at one Friday lunch time. The Malbec and Merlot red wine both tasted just OK but not brilliant.

The male toilets looked a bit grubby, in need of decoration and did not smell neutral. The hand drier was useless and definitely needs replacing - hardly any air pressure and no power!

Lovely place for eating out. The cafe itself is located very central on this nice little English town.
@tmosphere is as always cool, very French feel and people sit near to each other but still there is some tables that can be separated from others.
SERVICE
Very good! We were served by lovely ladies, Daniella and Fatima.Very kind and professional...

As always made welcome, the service was prompt but not pushy. We found ourselves comfortable and the menu appealing without being large. The meals ordered ( starters and main) were served hot as required, the desserts just right to our tastes. Drinks offered wide range. In all Enjoyable experience .

Beautiful cafe with an abundance of menu choices and cosy interior. Ample seating inside on two levels plus tables and chairs on the pavement outside.

We had two soft drinks (one from a can and poured at the table), breaded calamari and fries.

The calamari were too oily and disappointing.

The coffee is the best in town and I have tried most of them. Strong hot and a good depth of flavour. Full English, great fresh ingredients cooked with care and Eggs Florentine, good eggs softly poached, wilted fresh spinach (not soggy frozen) both easily the best value too. Use it or lose it!

Whilst the service was good, we were disappointed with the quality of the afternoon tea: cakes okay, but only two types of sandwich filling. Not the best value for money, especially when considering what was available for a lower price on the rest of the menu.

Had a wonderful meal here! Food was really tasty and a decent portion! The menu choice is not massive but there is something for everyone. Prices are comparable with similar restaurants in the area. Service was quick and the staff friendly.

Edit.

Had a lovely brunch here today. Was so tasty and staff really friendly.
