USA 5 Star Pizza

Got the order wrong, we called up so they could correct it and we waited 50 minutes to call back to see where our food was and they said we have to wait another hour for the food. Two hours after the food originally came and three hours after the initial order. Bad customer service the only thing they offered for our struggle was a free pizza next time. DO NOT ORDER. Mediocre quality for too much hassle.

Their burger is amazing, so tasty, big size I ordered the 1/2 lb and a great value.
It’s also Halal for my Muslim fellows.
The onion rings was a bit saggy, but it taste good.
I didn’t like the chicken, it was oily for me.
Overall, I highly recommend their burger. great value of money.

If you want to waste money this is the place to go, food tuned up cold and over cooked. Over priced with very small portions a large here is a small in any other fast food business. Place has gone downhill, They just Don't care anymore or they have got a new owner who only cares for the money and not the customers.

Have used this place a few times for delivery to Shepshed, mostly for kebab, but more recently, for their pizza. Overall its always been delivered quickly, hot, correct, and tasty. The only negative is on occasion the driver dumps my order on the doorstep and phones me ( not the end of the world, but a little odd) It also helps they don't add a silly delivery fee either, thoroughly recommend!

Used to be our favourite and the best in Loughborough but recently they've changed the pizza. Base is very doughy and less cheese to make it cheaper I suppose. I could probably deal with that but the last two times we've ordered the order has been delivered wrong. Rubbish.

I don't no whot has happond to this restront it uses to be fab I have order from hear for 5 years. but the food has gone down hill its not the first time I have order sins 3 times to the same resolt the food is nasty and the price is bad for whot you get now not ordering from hear ever a gen

Ive been ordering from here for a couple of months now, with over 10 orders atleast, i placed an order and the order was late and couple of things got messed up but the shop apologised, and said the next time i order they will give me some sort of extra/discount. On my next order i received a free bottle of pop, a large chips and cheese and a 15 box of chicken wings. And when it was delivered yet again they apologised for the mishap. The food tastes amazing every time we order. It always comes nice and hot x
