KFC Farnborough - Victoria Road

Twice I have ordered Bargain bucket twice it comes chicken pieces short. Ordered 14 only came 12 idk if it’s genuine mistake or not but this mistake only seems to go number one way.

They missed 2 of our meals completely. The whole thing was missing from Uber eats. No one answers the phone. Utter useless. I would give zero if I could

Absolutely useless.

All we asked was for some assistance on our order that they had messed up (and not the first time) and they were out right denied help and had a shoddy attitude toward this

A whole team and not one had a good attitude. Callum ‘the assistant manager’ was the rudest most sarcastic person I have ever encountered and does not understand how to correctly deal with or assist a customer complaint. He take things way too personally and raised his voice numerous times with his colleagues tutting and shaking their heads at us from behind him.

From multiple orders from here I do say AVOID AT ALL COST

Will never ever go back. This has to be one of the worst KFC's in the country. The food was cold, tasteless and dry. Avoid this KFC

Order at counter and still get order wrong
4 sweet chilli bites and 4 bbq bites end up with no chicken just sauce. Outstanding KFC.

Shocking twice said food delivered from them on just eat not been delivered kids in tears have to wait 7-10 days for refund that’s great on a low budget and can’t afford treats for kids that often

Always happy with the quality of the food sometimes the order is wrong but overall good store

Great kfc! I always collect rather than ask one of the many delivery partners they use mostly because I don't like to pay for something I can do myself, also as when I'm in there I can see the huge pile of orders waiting to be collected! I usually buy enough kfc to eat that night but have enough left over to have the rest the next day - bargain!
