Peri Peri Original West Drayton

Using the "too good to go app " me and my buddies ordered there offer of pay £4 , receive £12 of left over food from midnight. We ordered this 3 times , payed £12 expected £36 worth of left over food . Yeah .....too good to be true right and it was . There wasn't any left over food, they cook to order , 5 busy staff . I waited 30 minutes whilst constantly being queue jumped for what your about to see . I've complained to " too good to go " . They offer the deal , contract unfulfilled..... Typical rip off 'take away' is becoming more common now why ? pic's to prove .... 2 bags piri chicken, no Brest , 1 sm fried chicken, 1 sm chicken burger , 3 fries ...... 4 dips ...... £36 worth ....... !!!!!!!
Oh , I am getting bored of leaving bad reviews for take away foods but if they rip me off , I'll tell you ......

The lady took the Order for Peri Peri Wings 5pcs deal Fries & Drink it took almost 40 minutes for the dish to be served after repeatedly telling them & reminding of what we ordered, also the gentleman kept on asking what we ordered , place is a bit not hygienic , needs a deep cleaning tables & chair, people who ordered after us got their meal quickly less than 15 minutes.

Ordered a 1 piece chicken and 3 hot wing meal, got home to have one brown dry piece of tough chicken that was not even room temperature, chicken wings that were brown on the inside, and no chips. Waited over 10 minutes. After eating a few mouthfuls of the chicken( the small amout if white chicken on the bone, and half a hot wing) feeling sick i threw the rest. Ended up having a bowl of cereal instead.

DO NOT ORDER from here, this place has gone downhill, we ordered for delivery and waited nearly 3 hours for food. We had some friends over so ordered online. After they accepted order and gave 45 min delivery time which I knew it would longer, however, we waited for 2 hours then no food, we ended up eating whatever leftover we had and left. Literally after 3 hours, I got call from delivery driver that he was outside with food, then I told him he could return as they were no one in the house, Thank God, we decided to pay cash as everyone was chipping in for food.

Used to come here on a regular with my friend after gym maybe twice a week. We'd get the spicy zinger burger and most times out of 10 it'd be stale and old stock served to us. We'd complain and it'd get made fresh. To be fair when it's fresh it's amazing and something you'd rarely get elsewhere. But I can't be bothered complaining to staff and half expecting my food to be stale every time and get laughed at. We'd get peri wings or chicken to share between us too. You've lost my custom and about over a grand a year spent between us as one combined visit was about 25-30 quid sometimes a bit more as I'd order to take home too. Service took a nose dive sometime between covid and they just don't care anymore even if you're a regular, food also takes about 45 mins to get... Fast food? Good luck to you and the money you will loose 👍

disgraceful service! waited well over an hour for a delivery, ordered 2 pita meals plus drinks, one pita frome one meal was missing... called and was spoken to abruptly by the caveman at the other end of the phone, after 2 minutes of waiting on hold I was told they would send out what was missing, currently that's over 2 hours ago.
for every other time I ordered from here, the lazy delivery drivers will call instead of knocking on the door expecting me to go downstairs to outside the flats to retrieve my oder.... at times not even exiting the car. Lazy with a pathetic service. I also think they make the recipe up as they go along as every time it's different the only thing that stays the same is the brown off lettuce.. close it down

Honestly 4 stars for the food but one for their delivery service. I ordered last night & took them over 3 hours to deliver it while i’m less than 2 mails away! I had to get up and make dinner myself after canceling the order. I’d only recommend it for going there and ordering yourself.

This place is an absolute disgrace I ordered £26.98 on the phone they told me between 30-45min, it took them over 90min to deliver my food when it arrived it was cold and missing a meal. It was my mistake as I didn't check I handed £30 over and the driver said he didn't have change and just walked off. I been trying to ring the shop but they won't pick up to me
