Good food but because they are the new kid on the bloke there are massive queues and delays. Victim of there own success. I gave the 4 stars because they need faster service or more people to work there to deal with orders quicker. I waited for 35 minutes 😩 food is amazing!!

Chips had no flavour what so ever and there is no potato in the chips except crunch. The crispy chicken was devastatingly awful with no flavour and dry. Change the peri peri sauce recipe does not do the job. Go to kfc instead . I couldn't even finish it.

Chicken in my burger was pink. Had to microwave everything as it arrived luke warm. Won't be ordering from here again. Avoid.

These guys are amazing! I've been a regular customer for a last 2 years now and I've always received fresh food. The staff are friendly and you can tell they love what they do.

The chicken was crispy and seasoned very well and cooked to perfection and the chips were golden and flavourful! Overall good service by sams and will definitely come back!

Was the first time i came here and certainly not the last, the staff were very welcoming and the food was so delicious. The kids loved it !!

Breading is dead and horrible flavour like breadding from fish fingers. They got my order wrong. Stay away go to Morleys instead. This chicken shop is a disgrace to South London
