Favorite Chicken & Ribs

Came here on my lunch break and ordered a chicken wrap meal, when I got back to work to eat I took one bite and the Chicken was still raw!! I went walking back down there, showed him the raw chicken and demanded my money back and I didn't even get an apology!! Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend anyone to eat in this filthy place!! There was dust and dirt everywhere and even cigarette buts all on the floor inside!! You are just asking for food poisoning eating here

Every so often I visit this place and don't come back again for a while and remember why I probably didn't. So listen up management SORT OUT your miserable staff! The female on today's shift serving between 1.30 onwards every time I go in I feel she's ready to explode and no smile. The male looks like he wants to fight someone. Guys a smile goes a long way. The food quality is not bad I actually think it's fine but the service quality is atrocious. If I was asking for a free meal then I can understand but I'm paying good money and being made to feel like you are doing a favour on me. I am a business person and wish others the best. It won't take much to improve, either train your staff on customer service or change staff! Good luck

Really good location of the chicken place which attracts lots of people. The quality of the food is below average. Chicken is dry and not tasty. I was given an extra wing, but staff could be more politer and friendlier. The place is also dirty inside and tables/floors are not cleaned. Won't be back.

A fine place to get robbed by local rude boys if you're partial to that kind of thing. Wings are a little greasy.
