Sam's Chicken, Wembley High Road

I went today to get just one large spicy chips and when I ask that is it fresh they say yes and when I take the chips was hot but they when not cook proper and when I ask the staff they say we just put for 2 and half minute I said I need crispy they one of the staff member said I make for you again and then after some time they Come and say me that take your money back and just talk with me so badly say shut up and whatever and may be the owner was also there behind but he did not say anything to the staff really this was so bad service I have ever seen I will never visit the shop again never. Staff was so rude.

But pricy but delicious . Its halal and was very quick service

Food too salty and taste like cardboard , zero customer service , they were soo rude and disrespectful , never going back there again

Not the best I’ve had but definitely not the worst. The chips were ok. The wings a little oily but quite tasty and plenty of meat. I also had the devils burger, a spicy chicken breast burger with cheese. Good size portions & friendly staff. I’ve used before and will use again, The peri peri chicken is 4 stars so will have that on my next visit and post another review then.

Told them No Mayo and they couldn’t listen. 1st time was understandable but this is the 3rd time they did this. Would give 0 starts if I could.

I was asked what my order was, I said two pieces of chicken and chips.
Guy didn't understand so I said two pieces of chicken and chips. I get home and I have six spicy wings - I HATE spicy wings.
These shops just think they can just give you anything
I work hard for my money and deserve better!!

Tasty chicken 🐔. Good customer service.
