USA Chicken

I regularly purchased food from here on Saturday evenings however after opening my latest order the bulk of which should have been chicken hot wings it was wrong.
They had substituted hot wings with chicken strips with absolutely no correspondence with me.
After contacting them to complain all they could say over and over was "chicken strips cost more" they really didn't see what the problem was.
If I had wanted strips I would have order strips, never shop here again.

Nobody told me anything....Two wings ???? I didn't have any wings at all, it was all dry tasteless strips.

Was a regular customer but I won't be anymore there food has gone right down hill comes cold or dripping in grease and by dripping I mean drenched it's disgusting and I paid £11 for a shish mixed kebab and there was literally 6 bits of meat rest was salad absolutely terrible

Absolutely shocking. Ordered kebab not cooked properly,no sauce ,salad was old . Disgusting food . Man over phone very rude hanging up on me and wouldn't send a new one . AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will not be ordering again!

Ordered at 7:28 didnt arrive until 9:05, pizza was cold and har,d (might aswell eat cardboard) chicken was stone cold, rather disappointed. Used to regularly order from here the past couple of times have been ridiculously slow and cold. Not satisfied and will not be ordering again. Suprised they're still in business.

Been using these for year but not any more. Last 3 orders have been sub standard, cold or part cooked. Today the order was wrong . No working phone number just a call retrieval service and a live chat that can't contact the take away because there's only a call retrieval service! Don't waste your money here

Ordered online at 6:15pm.. eta was 7pm. 8pm still hasn't arrived, called the restaurant the guy was rude and said its on its way the driver had just left.. waited until 8:45 called again only to be told its on its way.. I said you said that 45 minutes ago.. he became rude and aggressive then said they had cancelled the order.. so was actually all lies from the beginning.. shocking place do yourself a favour and avoid. Order from somewhere else.

Ordered 2 x house special kebab, £13.50 each!, defo not worth it!!! Soo less kebab, smalleat portion of chicken/lamb kebab ive seen, also the wings i order were tiny! And chips a bit well done! USA chicken, first and last time.
